They are truly top class of dealerships and have always gone above and beyond to treat me right and take care of their customers, they treat you like family and can't see myself trusting in any other dealership as I have them. I have always felt so comfortable working with Tara and Joe they are the best, so caring, friendly and welcoming. This was the first time working with Derek but it felt as if I knew him just as much as Tara and Joe he was just as welcoming friendly and helpful and accomofating. I searched for a used Jeep on CarGurus and found one we liked at Volkswagen of Salem County. I called the dealership and initially spoke with Tara. She was very responsive and helpful with my questions. We decided to take the 1.5 hr. drive from Bucks County, and were very happy we did. We worked with Derek and really liked the experience. He was very helpful and responsive to all our our needs. Joe H. closed the deal in the Finance Office and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely check this dealership out first for our next vehicle purchase!
What a wonderful experience working with the team at VW Salem. We shopped for a couple weeks looking for our new family car, and actually drove from Philly because the team at VW was so friendly and willing to work with us! We will be future customers for sure! They were terrible customer service was the worst I ever experienced in my entire life of all businesses. They provide absolutely no paperwork to show work that was done parts used diagnostic report or anything buy the price of work. The head manager was very ignorant and spoke super rudely to my wife and I. I would never recommend anyone to go there as a matter of fact I tell everyone DO NOT GO THERE they will rip you off and provide you with no detailed paper work on work and time done. STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALER.
Simply dropped off my car for a recall. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The update was completed. I was told about my indicator lights and opted to have my own mechanic look at my car. He's a master mechanic, he's located close to my house, and I trust him as I would VW mechanics. I appreciated having my car swept and the VW floor mats that were provided. Very nice job.
